The vision of BadJobNot is to help people to get unbiased information about potential employers before making their life changing move. Since most information available to the potential job candidate is given from the company, the likelihood for biased or incomplete information is high. As an example, any forward looking (negative) information the company may have (such as plans to move jobs offshore) may not be communicated to the candidate. At BadJobNot, the goal is to provide an alternate information source (not intended to be negative information only but the actual good and bad). The information is given in survey form from employees.
